Adrienne told us this is a modified version of Roy Yamaguchi’s recipe for ribs!

1/4 cup white miso paste

1/3 cup hoisin sauce

1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger

1 1//2 Tbsp. minced garlic

2 Tbsp. sake

2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. liquid smoke

1/2 Tbsp. agave

1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce

Combine the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.  Great on ribs.
